How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Iraqqq Concrete wants to treat everyone who reaches out fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Iraqqq Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, go to the provider first. Keep a written record.
Then tell us too. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. Providers that keep falling short may be removed. But be clear on this: Iraqqq Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.
Send Your Complaint
Email contact@iraqqq.buzz. Please include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state licensing board may be able to help.
